Ingredients

    *Salmon, 1 can
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1 cup, dry
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 extra large (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)
    *Recaito, 3 tsp (remove)

Directions

Mix ingredients, form patties then bake at 425 for 15 minutes or fry in pan
