Banana Cake

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup soymilk mixed with 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Combine all ingredients, pour into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan and bake at 350* F for 25-30 minutes.
