Vicky's Baked Apples

Introduction

Warm and yummy with a hint of cinnamon Warm and yummy with a hint of cinnamon
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1- medium apple (granny smith, golden delicious ect.)
    1 Tbsp- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft)
    2 Tsp(packed)- Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 Tbsp- water
    1 packet- Splenda (Optional)
    Spinkle of cinnamon

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut apple in half and core out with a spoon.
Place the water and the apple halves in a baking dish.
Put 1/2 the butter and 1/2 the brown sugar blend in the cored out center of each half.
Sprinkle the halves with the cinnamon and the splenda packet (if using).
Baked uncovered for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 2 servings- 1/2 an apple each.
If you have any extra calories for the day enjoy it with a 1/2 a cup of low fat ice cream...I love it with slow churned no sugar added coffee ice cream, it's AMAZING!
