Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, broiled, 4 chops - removed from bone and cut into 1/2 in cubes
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Chayote, 1 med - lrg, chopped
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.25 package (10 oz)
    Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 3.5 tsp
    Canola Oil, .25 cup

Directions

heat oil in pan, add pork and cook approximately 10 minutes; add raw vegetables and cook another 10 minutes until crispy tender; add frozen vegetables, soy sauce and seasoning - cook until heated through and serve. You can add some crispy noodles for some added crunch.

Serving Size: makes 6 1.5 cup servings
