I don't like pistachios so I subbed in almonds instead. I don't like pistachios so I subbed in almonds instead.
Number of Servings: 2


    1 grapefruit
    1 tbsp honey
    1 cup sliced almonds


Try this for an afternoon snack or after-dinner treat.


Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Slice the grapefruit in half.
If your grapefruits are tipping over, use a knife to remove a thin layer from the bottom, taking care not to expose the flesh.
Use a paring knife to separate the grapefruit segments (optional). Run the knife between the inner flesh and the white pith between the flesh and rind.
The grapefruit halves on a baking sheet and top with the honey and sliced almonds.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings, 1/2 grapefruit each
