12 oz pre-cooked chicken breast, shredded
6 tsp taco seasoning
1 C salsa
4 Tbsp fat free cream cheese
1 avocado, sliced
4 whole wheat, low carb tortillas
**Note: The avocado I used was pretty small (about 115 g of total flesh). If you are using a larger avocado, adjust nutrition**
Other toppings/ingredients can be used per your preference.
Use left over chicken breasts and omit seasoning, to save time and sodium! Use rotisserie chicken to save even more time (don't forget to increase calories by 46.50 (140 = 3 oz rotisserie chicken vs. 93.5 cals = chicken breast)).
Grilled onions are also delicious on top of these cheesy burritos!
Add salsa and cream cheese to chicken. Let mixture simmer until cream cheese is melted into mixture. Divide evenly among the 4 tortillas.
Add sliced avocado to each tortilla and wrap (or serve over the burrito).
