Oat Bran, 1/4 cup
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Dairy Farmers Low Fat Cottage Cheese, 1/4 cup
You can use low/no fat Greek yogurt instead of the cottage cheese.
You can also season the mixture with whatever herbs and spices you wish.
Put half into a small skillet sprayed with canola and cook like a pancake.
Repeat with the second portion
To eat cut in half and fill with favourite ingredients
