Oven Roasted Shrimp, Cauliflower, and Broccoli

Introduction

Perfectly seasoned and roasted shrimp and veggies are a great meal for any family! Perfectly seasoned and roasted shrimp and veggies are a great meal for any family!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 package Medium Shrimp, raw and defrosted
    1 package Broccoli, defrosted
    1 package Cauliflower, defrosted
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tsp seasoning blend (I use *Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Defrost shrimp, broccoli, and cauliflower under cold water. Pat dry. Mix the shrimp and veggies with olive oil and seasoning. Mix well. Apply light coat of olive oil to roasting pan. Put shrimp mix onto pan in a single layer. Roast in oven for 10 minutes. Stir and roast for about 2 more.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
