Buckwheat Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

    1/4 C. Buckwheat (ground up in food processor)
    1 tbsp milled flaxseed
    1 egg white
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 banana
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/3 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1/2 C. frozen berries of your choice

Directions

Put buckwheat in food processor and process. Add remaining ingredients (except blueberries) and process. Poor into a microwave safe microwavable bowl that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with frozen berries Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
