Ingredients

Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 4 tbsp
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped
Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
Carrots, raw, 0.50 cup, grated
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Pecans, 0.25 cup, chopped
Mt. Olive No Sugar Added Sweet Relish, 4 tbsp
After chicken has been cooled
Just chop , cube or shread your chicken breast and add all your ingredence, Then cool for an hour
Tips
I usually eat this in lettuce wraps but it is great to keep in the refrigirator to take bite though out the day to keep from eatting junk food!
Directions
Chicken breast can be boiled before and cooled. I usually use a whole chicken and make soup with all the other parts plus I use celery, carrots, Garlic, bell peppers and onion to season which makes the breast better tasting.
