Crystal's Cheesy Pasta Bake

Introduction

Easier & Better than Lasagna! Easier & Better than Lasagna!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 jar Ragu spaghetti sauce (any flaver you prefer)
    1 package (about 6 oz) mozarella cheese)
    6 oz whole wheat pasta elbows

Directions

Boil Pasta to package instructions and drain
Brown ground beef and drain well
Add spaghetti sauce to beef

In large glass baking dish layer pasta, spaghetti sauce/beef mixture, & mozarella cheese
Ending with mozarella cheese on top

Lightly cover top with aluminum foil(not touching the cheese)
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until cheese is well melted
If you wish to cook longer cut heat down to 300 and then cook for an hour+
Just keep check to make sure cheese on top doesn't burn

makes 8 good sized servings
