Ingredients

    3 cups finely shredded crisp green cabbage
    1 C diced fresh apple
    1 small carrot, shredded
    1/4 C plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. celery seed


Tips

Pineapple is great to replace apple or add both. I removed the salt to lower the sodium level too.


Directions

Cabbage, apple, carrot in bowl

Prepare the dressing with the remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour over cabbage and toss lightly. Makes 4 generous 2/3 C servings.
