Ingredients

2 cups water
2 tablespoons smart balance butter
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
2 cups instant brown rice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 TBSP onion powder
Tips
You can sub the water and chicken bouillon with 2 cups of chicken stock instead.
Directions
Add water, butter, onion powder and bouillon to saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the instant rice and parsley. Remove from the heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
