Mom's Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

    6 green peppers
    1 lb ground meat
    1/3 c chopped onion
    2 c stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c precooked rice
    2 tbs worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c shredded cheese

Directions

cook peppers in boiling salt water about 5 min.
Brown mean and onion. Add tomatoes, rice, worcestershire. cover and simmer 5 min. add cheese.
stuff peppers.
baked 350 for 25 min.

Serving Size: Each pepper has about a cup of filling
