1 1/3 pound lean ground turkey
1 large egg
1 TBS. raw honey
1 TBS. fresh lime juice
1 TBS. crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp. dried oregano
dash black pepper
1 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
1 piece toasted Paleo Flaxseed Bread and crumbled
I usually make sauce and add the meatballs for serveral minutes before serving over cauliflower 'rice'.
Toast bread and crumble in mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Shape into 16 meatballs and place in large baking pan.
Bake 7 minutes, flip meatballs and bake another 7 minutes. Then flip one last time and bake 7 more minutes.
Serving Size: Makes four servings of four meatballs per serving.
