Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 ounces
Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
Broccoli, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .50 large whole (3" dia)
Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup shredded
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, 3 tbsp
This i use as one meal but I start eatting it at lunch but end up snacking on it until 4 pm!
