Fried Cabbage

Ingredients

    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/5 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 small carrots, shredded
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tsp. Low fat Vegetable Oil
    1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash

Directions

In Large skillet, heat oil. Add all vegetables and seasoning. Stir. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cabbage and carrots are tender. Serve and Enjoy!!!
