Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz
Wasa Fiber Rye Crispbread 1 slice, 2 serving
(pounded into crumbs)
egg white, fresh, 1 large
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.50 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 0.50 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Cabbage, fresh, 0.50 cup, chopped (opt.)
Garlic, 1 cloves
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Mix all ingredients so everything is incorporated evenly. Next separate into four sections evenly or you can weigh each pattie on a digital scale to ensure it's 100 g. Trick is to season really well to your liking!!!
Create your pattie make as round as you can try to spread it so its about 3" a little thinner in the middle of the pattie and make side a bit wider after it cooks down it will be about nice flat pattie at about 2.5"
A good size for small wheat bun if you so choose to eat it with bread. You can eat it like a mini meatloaf with cauliflower & garlic mash, it was oh so yummy together...
Then I enjoyed another pattie following day on a lettuce wrap burger sliced w/ slices of tomato, onion and bit of mustard. Really good too! Almost like the real thing! hah!

Tips
I added Mrs. Dash Extra Spicey to mine,,, I like it Spicey!!! You could even add a bit of Jalapeno that would be darn good TOO! Yummlo!
Directions
Quick spritz of high heat canola spray (optional), cook on a nonstick skillet for 5 mins on each side over a medium flame, I covered mine a bit once the juices start running clear it is ready to eat!
