Psyllium Husk Gallette

Introduction

This is another version of the Oat Bran Gallette, but with a ton more fibre This is another version of the Oat Bran Gallette, but with a ton more fibre
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Psyllium husks, 2 tbsp (10 grams)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Black Swan No Fat Greek Yogurt, 1 1/2 Tblspn

Tips

This is a great substitute for bread, just cut the gallette in half and fill like a normal sandwich.


Directions

Heat a small skillet sprayed with canola spray

Mix all ingredients together, if too thick mix in a little water. Lightly cook on both sides until golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 1 gallette
