Make-over Tuna Melt

Make-over Tuna Melt

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 can tuna, drained
    1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
    3 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 cup diced onion
    2 tsp brown mustard
    season as desired (salt, pepper, dill, parsley, basil)

    3 oz shredded low fat cheddar
    3 sandwich thins

Directions

Mix all salad ingredients together and divide between the three rolls. Top with shredded cheddar and cook in the toaster oven until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
