Ingredients

    1 slice bread-whole wheat
    1 tbsp peanut butter-natural
    2 eggs (egg whites)

    1. Place egg in az saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat immedately.Cover saucepan and leave egg in hot water for 10 minutes.Remove egg from saucepan and let cool.

    2. Remove shell from eggs and then seperate the egg whites from the yolks.Discard egg yolks.

    3. Meanwhile, toast whole wheat bread and top w/ peanut butter.
