Introduction

Trying to make a modified version of bean salad we love and had in one of our favorite restaurant in Wisconsin. Trying to make a modified version of bean salad we love and had in one of our favorite restaurant in Wisconsin.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups Pinto Beans 16 oz can
    2 cups Black Beans 15 oz can
    2 cups Kidney Beans 16 oz can
    11 oz can Corn Niblets
    1/2 cup Red Onions
    1/2 cup Celery
    1/2 cup Green Bell Peppers
    1/2 cup Pimientos
    3 tbsp Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Regina Fine Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Tips

I use Bush's Reduced Sodium Beans and Green Giant Steam Crisp Corn Niblets. Served it as a side or a meal.


Directions

Drain all water from the beans, corn and pimientos. Chopped red onions, celery and green bell peppers. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
