Mixed Vegetables anbd Noodles

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Pagasa Cut Fideo
    1 can low sodium mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. low fat vegetable oil
    3 c. water
    1 Tsp. low fat margarine

Directions

Cook noodles according to directions, adding 1 tsp. oil to prevent sticking. Add vegetables just before noodles are done and heat thoroughly. Add margarine and mix. Season with salt and pepper according to you taste.
