1- 1 lb bag of peeled deveined shrimp. 1 cup red cabbage 1 cup green cabbage 1 tbsp dijon mustard 2tbsp reduced fat sour cream 1 tbsp honey 6 whole wheat tortillas 1/4 cup lemon juice.
Add thinly chopped cabbage in a bowl with mustard, sour cream, honey and lemon juice. Give it a toss. If you make this ahead of time, cover it with plastic wrap and let sit in the fridge. This will help the flavors come together. Take shrimp (pre peeled and deveined), Sautee them in a pan with favorite seasoning and a few drops of lemon juice until cooked. ( I just use Season-All). Warm tortillas in a pan over the stove. Add slaw mixture to tortilla and cover with shrimp. Eat up.
