4 turkey cutlets (4 oz each)
Pepper, to taste
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
Meanwhile, place yogurt, tomato, basil and oregano in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until ingredients are heated through; spoon mixture over turkey.
Makes four 4-oz servings of turkey.
Serving suggestion: Add steamed red potatoes and steamed green beans
