Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, navy, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend, 1tsp
    Masa Flour 3 Tbsp (for thickening)
    Water to cover and fully cook beans

Tips

For Chilli add Taco Seasoning Mix or Wicke Fowlers 2 Alarm Chilli Kit and 1lb. browned of low fat Hamburger. Not included in Nutritional Calculation.


Directions

Place dry beans in large container and cover with 1-2 inches water above beans. Allow to soak overnight and then rinse thoroughly. Place in slow cooker, add Mrs. Dash and cover with water. Place cover and set to cook for 6-8 hours on low setting. When finished cooking, stir in 3 Tbsp Masa, to thicken, and allow to set 5-10 mins. Serve as desired.
