Crab Corn Chowder

Ingredients

2 celery stalks chopped
1 onion chopped (1 cup)
1 cup chopped/sliced carrots
2 -3 tsp garlic
1 package (16 oz) imitation crab, chopped
1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
2 10.75 oz can chicken broth
3 13oz can evaporated milk
1/4 cup flour
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
chop all veggies. toss into a large pot with broth, corn, and enough water to cover. allow to simmer until veggies are tender. add chopped crab meat. add 2 1/2 cans of the evaporated milk. stir the last 1/2 can of milk into the flour, eliminating all lumps, stir slowly into the soup. stir constantly until thickened. add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.
