    1 cup water
    1 slice pineapple
    1 cup grapes
    1 cup kale
    1 cup spinach
    1 cup romaine lettuce
    1 cup ice
    1 scoop of Amazing Grass (optional)

Tips

Amazing Grass is a great way to get in lots of extra servings of veggies. You can find it at Whole Foods or online!


Directions
