My Favorite Lasagna

Introduction

Made like my friend's in MD. Made like my friend's in MD.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    * *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 10 oz
    * Tomato Sauce, with herbs and cheese, 2 can, 15 oz (303 x 406)
    * Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Ground beef, 48 oz
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    * Provolone Cheese, .5 cup, diced
    * Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup

Directions

Fry ground beef and onion. Drain. Mix tomato sauce mushrooms with hamb. mixture.

Cook noodles as box directs. Drain.

Layer the rest of the ingredients and bake. Let cool some so it will set before cutting.

BTW the leftovers are best. LOL
