Introduction

a good for you mix of lo fat imitation crab, 2 kinds of beans, some cream of mushroom soup and some greek plain yogurt a good for you mix of lo fat imitation crab, 2 kinds of beans, some cream of mushroom soup and some greek plain yogurt
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5-2 cups black beans
    1.5-2 cups pinto beans
    2- 8oz pkgs of imitation crab
    1 small can cream of XX soup
    equal amount of plain greek yogurt

Tips

sprinkle a bit of good cheese on for added fat
i came up wi this recipe based on our love of scallops wi beans, and our love of this type of casserole for tuna


Directions

I precook the beans in batches.
Thaw beans, fish, dump into large stove top pot
Add soup and yogurt
heat until hot thru- stir often, use medium-low heat

Serving Size: makes 8 healthy servings of 1 Cup overflowing
