Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    *Flour, white, 3.25 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .3 cup (remove)
    *chobani fat free greek yogurt, 5 oz (remove)
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 3 fl oz (remove)
    *Zucchini (Grated), 2 cup (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, 5 mL (remove)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together including sugars. Mix wet ingredients well then add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Cook at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes.
