Ingredients

    1/2 ripe avocado
    3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
    3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
    3 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley
    3 Tbsp chopped chives
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Tips

NOTE: Buttermilk Substitute -
1 cup milk plus 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar or Lemon Juice.


Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp
