Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .5 leaf, medium (remove)
Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 2 serving (remove)
Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices (remove)
*Pea Pod, 1 oz (remove)
*la choy garlic ginger sauce, 1 T., 3 serving (remove)
Cut cooked pork chop into small pieces
Chop bell pepper and water chestnuts
Clean pea pods
All all together and toss with ginger sauce.
Serving Size: 3 servings of approx. 2 cups each
