1.5 lbs chicken breast (no skin or bones) cut into thin strips
1 med onion halved and sliced
1/2 yellow pepper cut into strips
1/2 green pepper cut into strips
1/2 red bell pepper cut into strips
2 tsp tupperware southwest chipotle seasoning mix
1 Tbps olive oil
Add chicken to pan and startto cook.
Add veggies to pan stir and cook for about 5 mins
Add seasoning and stir in and let cook till chicken is done and veggies are tender. Aproximately 20 more minutes over med heat
