Sourdough Bread

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 T salt
    1/4 c sugar
    1 c sourdough starter
    1 1/2 c warm water
    1 1/2 c oil
    6 c flour
    1/2-1 T yeast

Directions

Mix all ingredients until a good consistency. Add more flour if needed. Place dough in a plastic or glass bowl and let rise until 3 times original size (~8 hours). Make into rolls or loaves. Let rise until twice their size (~8 hours again)

rolls--bake at 375 for 20 min...or until golden brown.

Serving Size: 2 loaves or 24 rolls
