1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup water 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup wheat bran 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup flax seeds
Melt the coconut oil and honey. Stir in nuts, coconut, seeds, water and wheat bran. Mix and turn out onto the baking sheet. Press into an even layer on a cookie sheet covered in waxed paper. Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes. Twice during the baking, stir the mixture and press back down. Cool completely, then store in sealed container.
