2 cups fresh basil
1/4 cup walnuts (or pine nuts if you prefer)
2 cloves garlic
3 tbl red wine vinegar
3 tble olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt and pepper or to taste
Blend in food processor. Add water to form sauce.
Serving: 1 tbl
Hint: Freeze in ice cube tray for use all year!
Freeze in an ice cube tray for use later.
Serving Size: 1 tbl.
