Ingredients

    8 ounces almond milk, unsweetened
    8 ounces nonfat Greek yougrt, plain
    1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen unsweetened

Tips

May be made with bananas, peaches, other berries, or a combination. Add Splenda if desired.


Directions

Place ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth.
