1 can Sweet Yellow Corn, drained
1 can Black Beans, drained
1 large Cucumber, diced
2 medium Tomatoes, diced
1 medium Bell Pepper, diced
.5 medium Sweet Yellow Onion, diced
1 large avacado, diced
2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp of olive oil
SPICE IT UP!
Add 2-4 fresh, finely diced jalapenos to spice up this salad.
MAKE IT DINNER!
Add taco meat, salsa and corn chips on the side to make this a real family favorite.
