Introduction

Makes around 4 (four) - 1 Cup servings Makes around 4 (four) - 1 Cup servings

Ingredients

    2 med. Potatoes = 10.6 oz.
    1/2 head cauliflower = 2 C
    Butter 2 Tbls
    Sour cream reduced fat - 4 Tblsp
    Milk 2% 1/3 C
    Salt & pepper to taste

Tips


Directions

Peel & slice potatoes and cut caulif. Into chances...steam till tender
Transfer onto baking sheet to preheated oven
bake at 350* (to dry moisture ) about 7-10 min
While still flat on sheet, salt & pepper
mash & add warmed milk, butter & sour cream
