Ingredients

    1.5lbs of Beef Tip Sirlion Steak(Chopped in Squares)
    1 Med Onion(chopped)
    1 yellow Bell Pepper(chopped)
    1 red Bell Pepper(chopped)
    1 green bell pepper(chopped)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp Oregano(dry/grounded)
    2 tbsp Paprika
    2 tbsp Garlic Powder

Tips

Cook the night before for a quick and easy meal for the next night or freeze it for another day.


Directions

Cook steak meat in a stove top pan until browned w/ olive oil and spices.
Saute all vegetables in the meat until you like it.
