2 tbsp soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pound chicken breast tenderloins
2 tbsp melted butter
2. Dip chicken into soy sauce, then into mixture of sesame seeds, flour, salt and pepper. Arrange chicken in baking dish in single layer, then drizzle with melted butter.
3. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Halfway through baste the chicken with soy sauce and drippings.
I have this calculated to serve 3.
It could serve 4 in a stretch, especially if you make the "Asian-Style Vegetable Medley" that I have also entered on this site.
