Chicken livers, raw, 700 gram(s)
Butter, unsalted, .33 cup
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 200 grams
Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Tomato Paste, 50 grams
Tomatoes, 1 large whole
Plain white flour, 10 g
Paprika, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Separately add the chopped peppers, the grated tomatoes, the tomato paste and the paprika in the remaining butter and fry lightly. Add them to the chicken livers. Add some hot water and salt, pepper and parsley (if you use fresh parsley instead, add it when at the end, when you take the pan off the heat) to taste. Let stand on low heat until water evaporates.
