Chicken Sour Cream Cassarole

Introduction

This one of my boys' favorites. This one of my boys' favorites.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup of sour cream
    1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers, crushed (about 34 crackers)

Tips

I use Daisy Light Sour Cream. I think broccoli goes well with this and sometimes sautee the broccoli mix it together.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a cassarole dish mix cooked, diced chicken, sour cream and mushroom soup. Top with crushed crackers. Bake for 30 Minutes.
