GF Beef Pad Thai

Quick Stir Fry! Quick Stir Fry!

Ingredients

    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 c fresh mushrooms, pieces
    12 oz beef top sirloin, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    1/3 c onion
    Thai Kitchen Original Pad Thai Noodles

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions.
In skillet or stir fry pan, place garlic and onion in pan, then meat. Cook meat to taste. Add mushrooms and peppers cook about 4-5 min to crisp tender. Mix with noodles.
