Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16 oz bag dry lentils
    2 56oz cans swansen chicken broth
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 10oz packages fresh portabella mushrooms


Tips

Browning the onions an mushrooms in olive oil adds to the flavor. I use a whole grain bread an chedder cheese on top.


Directions

put all in a pot an let cook until the lentils are done - about 2 hours, sometimes longer. You can freeze this in 1 cup containers to have later or take for lunch.
