Ingredients

    1 Pack of Baby Bok Choy
    2.5 cups of Soya Bean Sprouts
    1 tbs. Olive oil
    Ginger root (about 1 inch cut small)
    Pinch of Hing (asfoetida, available at Indian Grocery stores)
    water
    1 tbs of Black Bean Sauce
    .25 cup of corn starch

Directions

Toast the ginger and hing in the olive oil in a wok.
Add the Baby Bok Choy.
Add the Black bean Sauce.
Stir add the Soy Sprouts.
Half cover with water and let simmer for 1-2 minutes, Thicken the broth with corn starch paste( mix corn starch with cols water first)
Ready to serve, preferrably with brown rice.
