Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Butter Country Crock Spreadable, 8 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp
    Cookie, tea biscuit, Maria, 350 gram(s)
    Powdered Sugar, 1 1/3 cup, unsifted
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Rum essence, 1 tbsp
    Figs, dried, 7 fig
    Vanilla Essence 1tbsl

Directions

Crush the biscuits into small pieces (not too small, so they create nice texture) and mix well with all the dry ingredients. Cut the figs into small pieces and beat the eggs well. Mix all ingredients together. Split the mixture into two and form rolls from each half. Take two pieces of foil and cover them with powdered sugar enough to cover each roll. Put the rolls on the foil and wrap them well, creating some folds on the foil (for texture). Refrigerate overnight. Serve sliced.

Serving Size: makes 2 rolls of 15 slices each
