blueberry pancakes w/protein powder

Ingredients

    2 c sifted flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    2 c milk
    2.5 TBSP coconut oil

Tips

(I have added c applesauce to batter or 1 cup coconut. Use more milk with coconut and less with applesauce)


Directions

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat egg, add milk. Pour over dry ingredients and mix until just blended.. Add butter, mixing quickly. Cook.

Serving Size:12 1/4 cup scoop pancakes
