Introduction

Great with hearty crackers or crispbread. Great with hearty crackers or crispbread.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon, drained
    1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1/4 cup onion, raw, chopped

Directions

Dump salmon into a medium bowl.
Mash or discard bones.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill covered for at least one hour.
